EXPERT PROFILE

Leng Guanjun

Mr. Leng Guanjun, Chairman of Deyang Ruibo New Material Technology Co., Ltd., is a former Director and Senior Engineer of the Oil and Oil Equipment Testing Center of the People's Liberation Army (PLA). He served as an Expert Assessor of Scientific and Technological Equipment and a Technology Rising Star of the General Logistics Department.

After graduating from university in 1983, Mr. Leng dedicated over 30 years to the research, development, testing, and management of specialty fluids—including engine coolants—for military operations and logistics equipment at the Oil Research Institute of the General Logistics Department. He possesses profound professional expertise and extensive hands-on experience.

Mr. Leng has received numerous National and Military Science and Technology Progress Awards. Notable achievements include:

The "Chemical Anti-fog Agent for Spacecraft Helmets," which he led the development of, was successfully applied in China's Shenzhou manned spaceflight missions.
The "Research on New Coolants and Their Long-term Protective Performance" project was successfully implemented in the cooling system of China's Space Station.
The "Military Full-life Coolant" has been widely adopted in the cooling systems of military vehicles and armored equipment.

He was responsible for formulating the national military standard GJB 4365-2002 "Specification for General Synthetic Brake Fluid for Military Vehicles," and contributed to the development of GJB 5690-2006 "Specification for Engine Coolants for Military Vehicles" and the national standard GB 12981-2012 "Brake Fluid for Motor Vehicles." These standards have become critical technical documents within both national and military frameworks.

Mr. Leng is the author of professional publications including Automotive Coolant and Automotive Brake Fluid, and is widely recognized as a leading technical expert in China's automotive coolant and brake fluid industries.
