Leng Guanjun, Chairman and General Manager of Deyang Ruibo New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Deyang Ruibo), former Senior Engineer at the Oil Research Institute of the former General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army (PLA), and former Director of the PLA Oil and Oil Equipment Testing Center, is a renowned technical expert in China's automotive coolant and automotive brake fluid industries, as well as in the field of special-purpose oils and fluids for the PLA.
